I know I'm not providing very useful info, but I hope someone (including me), could recreate the bug and localize the it.

How to repeat:
Really don't know, but I've got a bug previously and ignored it. Saved my job and start closing tabs of scripts I vas modifying one by one. Then, when closing the last one, the app hanged.

Please, check if this problem ever happens with a newer version, 5.2.31. If it is still repeatable, please, send the output of Help > System Info menu item.

What "scripts" were you modifying? Bug category is set to Modeling, but want to make sure it's not in SQL Editor.

No, it's not in the sql editor. It happened in the mysql model tab, having a table tab opened at the bottom and some scripts (those you create under model overview>sql scripts>add script)

Not really sure, but I reported a similar bug (bug #58905) which could be linked to this one, but as I'm not sure, didn't put them on the same thread.
