Description:
lock_number_of_rows_locked() can be called without holding either the lock_sys_t::mutex
and the trx_t::mutex.

How to repeat:
Code inspection.

Suggested fix:
Acquire the trx_t::mutex in the lock_number_of_rows_locked() function.
