Description:
gis-rtree produces lots of valgrind warnings.

The warnings are produced by valgrind-3.5.0, not by valgrind-3.2.1.
The problem seems to be quite sporadic (probably due to mixing
valgrind versions). Warnings have been seen also in the run
from Nov-03.
