Description:
when i come to install mysql it writes this :

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT. The file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose "close" to terminate the application.

How to repeat:
i dont understand :s

This happens sometimes with the current installer in unknown
OS issue. There is a process for to change that installer for
a new one like was done with version 4.1.
The current solution for you is to use the package non-installer
which is just a zipped file.

I'm not aware of any plans to fix this bug.
