Description:
In bug 57517, the was a feature request to enhance the information displayed in the Settings -> Manage Servers tabs. This included 3 "sub-features". The first one was implemented in the original bug report. For the other two, I was asked to file a new bug report for each. Below is a copy of request #3:

Below are some Feature Requests which greatly enhance the information displayed in the Settings -> Manage Servers tabs. 

3. Less important but also useful would be the ability to configure the formatting of the
timestamp columns as the value which comes from the Locale setting may not actually be
what I want to use. (I prefer SQL format 2010-10-18 10:00:01 rather than the US or UK
Locale formatting of these values.)
