Description:
I was importing or opening a 21MB file and it made an error that mysql encountered a problem, but then had like 4-5. I closed the response error and waited yet again & slowed down all of mysql for minutes.

MySQL Workbench has encountered a problem

How to repeat:
seemed to load slowly with errors with a 21 MB file, increased the size of parameters to 2048M in ini file: my.ini.

I have stopped the service then restarted it & closed out the file completely.
I opened the program after start again.

Suggested fix:
increase memory on it & take away size limit
