Regarding sorting, it would be sufficient to me to simply reissue the query appended with an ORDER BY based on the column you clicked on. I realize you can achieve this yourself by editing the query, but this would be much simpler and faster.

Version 1.1.20 I would like to second the feature request to have the ability to click column headings to change the order-by.

I would also like to be able to sort the results. I would also like to see the ability to add new fields to a table in the table editor after any given field. Also, the ability to reorder fields in a table. It would be great if this could be done with up and down arrows on the right of the table editor. These two missing features leave the table editor lacking in important features. I switch to another sql client for table editing.

I have the same problem. Not having the possibility to sort the values by clicking the columns is complicated the use of query browser. And not having the editor wordwrap function even worst.

Many thanks for writing a bug report. Some of your ideas are already implemented in actual version MySQL Query Browser 1.2.17. We are on the way to implement full functionality of MySQL Query Browser into MySQL Workbench. We won't add feature requests anymore. More informations about MySQL Workbench you will find here: http://dev.mysql.com/workbench/
