This is to add the support of ability to use wildcard match to specify the monitor counter names when manipulate them. For example, to enable the wildcard match, user would need to start the monitor counter name with '%': Turn on all monitors contain word 'lock': set global innodb_enable_monitor_counter = "%lock%"; Turn on all monitors contain word 'lock' and 'removed': set global innodb_enable_monitor_counter = "%lock%removed"; With this feature, user does not need to remember any exact name for the monitor counters.

Instead of requiring user to supply string start with "%", we change the requirement to that user just need to supply at least one "%" character in the string to activate the wildcard match.
