Description:
The ini file parameter for default_storage_engine and the dynamic variable, storage_engine, are different.  This can cause some confusion.

How to repeat:
n/a

Suggested fix:
change the variable to default_storage_engine (or the other way around, but this name seems more descriptive to me).
