Description:
I downloaded MEB 3.5 from eDelivery and the README has this:
-------
The Documentation for MySQL Enterprise Backup is available at

    https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/backup/

-------

Going to the URL, a browser says:
"Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /docs/backup/ on this server.

Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat) Server at enterprise.mysql.com Port 443"

How to repeat:
...

Suggested fix:

Just a wild guess, but should it be this instead:
http://dev.mysql.com/doc/mysql-enterprise-backup/3.5/en/index.html

This is not a documentation bug. The README file is under the control of the MEB team.

That said, I think Shane's suggestion to point to the publicly available docs makes sense, but then again this is not my call.

It is at:
https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/backup/3.5/en/
Our assumption that intermediate directories like:
 https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/backup
will be visible was wrong.
Assigning to team responsible for this website to make intermediate directories visible.

https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/backup is now forwarded to https://enterprise.mysql.com/docs/backup/3.5/en/
