Description:
if you want to represent classic model (chen notation) , you can, but the icon in the button panel have the crow's foot notation.

How to repeat:
By default, the workshop software have configured crow's foot notation. If you want to change to chen notation, check Model/relationship notation/classic. If you create a new relationship is display chen notation, but to select the relationship you have to use buttons with crow's foot notation. The graphic icon in the buttons have not changed when you have changed the notation.

Suggested fix:
If you have the notation, you have to reload buttons with new graphic notation.
