Description:
Innodb plugin tests are not running for mysql-5.1-meb and mysql-5.5-meb.
They should be enabled.

Suggested fix:
The following may be one of the possible solution.
1) change the collection script to invoke MTR two times. One by default and the other by using --ignore-builtin-innodb
