- the built-in default configdir seems to be "c:\mysql\mysql-cluster"

How to repeat:

Suggested fix:
* the installer installed cluster to "c:\Program Files\MySQL\MySQL Cluster 7.0", which isn't the same.
* it should use c:\[Documents and Settings|Users]\<username>\Application Data\MySQL Cluster 7.0 as MySQL Server does
