Description:
I noticed under Routines in SQL Editor's tree-view, the drilldown (+) wasn't implemented that allows users to view teh parameters needed to use the routine. This was a feature that existed in MySQL Browser.

Also I noticed the default schema used to be in bold in the treeview in MySQL Browser but isn't implemented in SQL Editor.

How to repeat:
View the treeview in MySQL Browser

Suggested fix:
Implement the drilldown feature to show paramaters in orders for routines. Also make teh name of the current selected schema bold in the treeview.

Thank you for the feature request.

I endorse this feature request.

It would be very useful for the drill-down to show the arguments, in order, with data-types for routines. Plus this drill-down information should include procedure vs function, and, if a function, the return data type.

Fixed as of the upcoming MySQL Workbench 6.0.2 public beta release, and this changelog information was merged with Oracle Bug #16202768 / MySQL Bug #67114 and here's the changelog entry:

The available information in the Object Browser was expanded to include
non-table nodes, which includes indexes, foreign keys, functions, stored
procedures, and triggers. For example, a description for an index will
show the type, uniqueness, and associated columns, and a function will
show its parameters.

Thank you for the bug report.
