Description:
Note that the Show_view_priv and Create_view_priv columns do not get created in MySql version 4.0.21 either in the 'mysql_install_db' script or the 'mysql_fix_privilege_tables'  script.  No commands exist in either to create these columns.

These columns are described in section 2.5.8 of the online manual and users are required to change their values.  

This is either an error in the manual or the database build scripts.

How to repeat:
Try to run the commands as described in the current manual on this version of the database and you will get the error.

Suggested fix:
Amend the manual to tell user if these columns are version specific or amend the build scripts and release a patch script.

Additional info:

As noted in section 2.5.8, the view-related privileges
are created if you are upgrading to MySQL 5.0.1 or
later.  They don't exist in 4.0.x.
