Please, send .mwb file that demonstrates the problem, and more specific instructions on how to repeat it. I do not see any problem similar to described with my models.

Strange. It's working for me now. Could have been a bug that was only occurring within that session. If it happens again, I'll see what other info I can find. Thanks for being so responsive, by the way. Bill

It happened again to me yesterday. I'm not sure what caused it. When I closed and reopened the EER diagram, the arrange commands came back. So it seems it's something I did within the session I was working on it. Thanks, Bill

An entry has been added to the 5.2.31 changelog: The commands to arrange objects were not enabled in the EER Diagram view. This rendered it impossible to move objects to the back or bring them to the front.
