Description:
Mysql Administrator is installed on the same server which has the verison of mysql installed on it v 4.0.18.  When I connect with the tool, I cannot make any changes except for clicking on various dialog boxes.  No options are changeable.

How to repeat:
It occurs every time I launch Mysql Administrator with root and localhost.
