Description:
Hi,

I've downloaded mysqlmonitor-2.3.0.2036-windows-installer.exe installed it and now I'm toying around with the Dashboard.

Settings -> Manage Server -> create group did sound interesting to me. I've created a couple of groups:

- 1\01
- \a
- Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!Groupie!
...

All the groups appeared on the screen as they should. Then I clicked on the little triange left of the group name to see the, well, context menu of the group entry.

It shows:

   - delete group
   - rename group
   - support diagnostics

I've tried support diagnostics for "All Server". It works fine. But when I choose support diagnostics for "\a" or "1\01" and click "download", I'm getting:

There was a problem generating the Support Report for Group "".

In the HTML source of the page it reads:

<p>There was a problem generating the Support Report for Group "<b></b>".

What exactly was the problem? And why is the group name not shown? Are all the components involved handling the \ properly?

How to repeat:
Create a server group "\a", try to download support diagnostics for it.

Suggested fix:
Show server group name in the error message.
