Description:
The 'export', 'delete' and 'import' buttons in the Settings > Import/Export page are not translated when locale=JA. See attached image.

How to repeat:
- install Monitor and set locale=JA
- navigate to Settings > Import/Export
- see buttons

Suggested fix:
- translate them

In build 2.3.1.2040, the 'delete' and 'import' buttons are translated, but the 'export' one is still TODO.

I found "export TODO" in MEM3.0 Japanese resource file. I translated and  pushed it.
