Link to section 1.9.2 is broken.

I actually discovered this when using the 'next' link in the 1.9.1
section of the web page... but it was easier to describe this way.

Hope this helps.

How to repeat:
Go to web page indicated above and click on the link to section 1.9.2.  It will
take you to a generic web page instead of info on documenters and translators.

Suggested fix:
Restore/create appropriate web page?
