Description:
For Advisors like 'MySQL Agent Not Reachable' the [ save ] button is grayed out in the Settings pop-up. If you make a change to the enable 'Use SNMP Traps' the button remains grayed out and does not become active, so you can't save the change.

This may only be for Heat Chart advisors that you can't turn off.

How to repeat:
Toggle off and on the 'Use SNMP Traps' of Advisor 'MySQL Agent Not Reachable' and try and save the changes.

Suggested fix:
Toggling the value should enable the [ save ] button.

There is a workaround. Modifying another item, like Frequency, on the Settings page activates the button.

Changing several controls there is not enough to enable [update] button (but should be).
