Description:
The Advisors tab is still affected by some state being held across browser tabs, which leads it to flag:

An Error Occurred	
U0002 You must log in to access the requested resource. Go to login page.

How to repeat:
o Open http://localhost:18080/CurrentSchedule.action in two tabs. 
o Expand the Heatchart MyISAM Key Cache Has Sub-Optimal Hit Rate rule, and disable it one tab
o Expand the Heatchart Query Cache Has Sub-Optimal Hit Rate rule and try to disable it in the second tab
