Description:
Failure of one DC task, for example, a filesystem being reported as a known item, but then being unable to be collected, currently causes everything else on the heartbeat to be thrown away, leading to issues such as values for the the given server not updating in the UI.

We should treat the processing of each processDcTask() as a standalone item and handle failure per-task.

How to repeat:
List a known item that can't actually be collected, and observe the broken behavior.

Not an issue in 3.x.
