I've added "2" to the name of every table in your .mwb without any problems, but my videocard is different. Please, check if the problem is repeatable for you if you start Workbench from cmd.exe command line window with -swrendering option.

just tried that and it crashed after only viewing two tables. let me check my video card is up to date

What does the notification error say? Can you right click somewhere empty in the error dialog and select Copy Stack from there, then paste it to this report?
