Description:
Right click on existing table with a column that contains a unique index- my table happened to already have data in it. Unclicking the index results in a "No changes to object were detected.
SQL:" and the table remains unchanged when the Apply button is clicked.

How to repeat:
Create table with a unique index on a non-key column.
Put some data in table.
Right click on table in sql editor and choose "Alter Table"
Under the colums tab, unclick the "UQ" check box and click "Apply"
