Description:
After a query is executed if one try to export the result set to a file, after pressing "Export" button the MySQL Workbench is closed unexpectedly.

How to repeat:
1. Execute a query
2. Click on "Export recordset to an external file" button
3. Select the destination path
4. Press "Export" button

Suggested fix:
Generate the desired file based on the selected options and not close the application

This seems to be ctemplate from 10.10 being incompatible with the one we linked against in 10.04
You need to either install the exact same package of libctemplate that used to be shipped in 10.04
or build WB yourself until we move to 10.10 ourselves as well.

After a query was executed, MySQL Workbench crashed when the Export button was clicked to export the result set to a file.
