Description:
Some windows, editing table design, creating procedures, sending table design to the editor and others, often presents a system error. In some occurences it is necessary to use CTRL+ALT+DEL and stop Workbench.

Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the
collection.
Parameter name: startIndex

This problem is occuring in my XP and Vista environments.

How to repeat:
Try to send any create table to editor.
