Description:
I tried to change the name of the EER model by clicking on its name.  When I tried to open it I received an error.  I was able to close without saving and re-open with no issue.

How to repeat:
Click on EER diagram icon label, change value and accept change.  THen double click on EER digram icon.

This same behavior also seems to happen if I just add another diagram and try to open the old one again.
