Description:
The documentation at http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/replication-semisync-installation.html states the following....

"The semisynchronous replication plugins are included with MySQL distributions. Currently, the plugins are available only for Linux. Other platforms are is not yet supported."

... I checked with engineering (Lars & Zhenxing) and they indicated that it is now supported for all MySQL platforms

How to repeat:
Check http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.5/en/replication-semisync-installation.html

Suggested fix:
Remove the sentence... "Currently, the plugins are available only for Linux. Other platforms are is not yet supported."
