No. Main is MacBook Pro at 1440x900. 2nd Monitor is Dell Professional P2411H at 1920 X 1080. Reminder: other applications move up and down without issue.

Thank you for the feedback. I have similar dual monitor setup on Linux and I couldn't repeat, I assume specific MAC OS X issue.

I attached a monitor to my MacBookPro and set it so that the menubar stays in the notebook and the external monitor is above it. If I hit the green button to maximize it, the OS doesn't let me drag it above the menu, but if i unmaximize it, I can drag it normally. The same happens with other apps that become maximized when you click the green button, like XCode or Terminal.app So, this behaviour is normal for OSX and not a bug of Workbench.
