are you using the latest version of MySQL Workbench? if so, please add the information shown when executing Workbenchs Help->System info thanks in advance

Thank you Johannes! It fixed after I upgraded to latest version, 5.2.28. I used older version 5.2.26 when I checked it. Best Regards
