What is your screen resolution?

I don't think it matters but 1280 X 1024.

Can you attach a screenshot or indicate which of the screens have a horizontal size too large?

I have noticed that a 1024 x 768 also does not quite fit. If set to 1152 x 864, it does show scroll bars. Presumably the developer is using a Wide screen format. However, even the maximize button does not show scroll bars as already commented.

On Windows XP with default DPI settings and 1280*768 screen size horizontal scroll bars are missing but surely needed for many Administration > Configuration tabs at least.
