Description:
When excel opens a spreadsheet dumped by query browser, non-ascii characters (which seem to be dumped in UTF-8) are interpreted wrong by Excel (they show up as two separate characters).

How to repeat:
See internal info.

Suggested fix:
Maybe set some flag in the excel file saying that data are in UTF-8?

source repository of that product and will be incorporated into the
