Description:
If you are trying to create new index in "Alter table" window Indexes tab it does not create. Shows message "No changes to object were detected." when you press Apply button after entering new index's name, choosing type and some columns.

How to repeat:
In object browser select table -> right mouse button -> Alter table... -> Indexes tab -> enter index name -> select column to index -> press Apply button.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.29 changelog:

In the Alter Table dialog of the SQL Editor, attempting to create a new index in the Index tab was not actioned when the Apply button was clicked. The dialog reported that “no changes to object were detected”.
