Description:
Neither Find and Replace nor Search and Replace work
Only tested in the SQL Query window

How to repeat:
Open new SQL Development tag
Type out an SQL query
Hit Ctrl+H or Ctrl+Shift+F to bring up the Find and Replace (or Search and Replace) window
Complete input boxes
Click "Replace Add"
Get an error "Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection. Parameter name: length"
