Description:
The 5.1 manual says:
"Connection information stored in the master.info file is immediately reset using any values specified in the corresponding startup options."

However, the startup options are deprecated, and users are encouraged to use CHANGE MASTER TO.
The same page for 5.5 informs that CHANGE MASTER TO is no longer necessary after a reset, but the 5.1 manual should also inform that a CHANGE MASTER TO is needed after a RESET SLAVE, otherwise the connection parameters are changed to 'test' without password.
