Description:
Creating a many-to-many relationship between two tables creates only one index.

How to repeat:
See attached model. Create an m:n relationship between Zips and Cities. Open the table view for the new table, the click the Indexes tab. There should be only one index. Since the new table has two foreign keys, it should have two indexes.
