Please, upload a screenshot that demonstrates the problem. I do not see it with 5.2.27 on Mac OS X 10.5.x.

An entry has been added to the 5.2.33 changelog: In the Users and Privileges task of the Administrator, it was not possible to sort the users alphabetically.
