Description:
master_connect_retry and master_retry_count are not reported in SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES

How to repeat:
Run SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES, read the code

Suggested fix:
Add them to the list of variables reported by SHOW GLOBAL VARIABLES

Fixed in 5.7.2. Implemented as new PERFORMANCE_SCHEMA tables in WL#3656, q.v. for documentation information.
