Description:
The 'Add a Group' right-click option has no effect when used on the 'Status Variables' or 'System Variables' pages of the Health section. If it does not have an effect it should be grayed out for these pages.

How to repeat:
Right-click in the status or system variables pages and choose the 'Add a Group' option. 

Suggested fix:
Either gray it out or add some functionality.
