Description:
To handle when I do not want to know if the auto-close of the event occurred even if I do want to know if the alert fired off.

Right now the alert notification and the auto-close notice are automatically linked by the notification group so you can't turn off the auto-close notice when an alert has a notification group and auto-close is enabled.

Suggested fix:
separate the auto-close from the alert for greater flexibility. Include the ability to just turn off the auto-close notice.
