Description:
We have a user X setup with HOST(ANY) and access to one particular database (A) with all permissions grandted including (GRANT OPTION). When user X logs in to access this database A, he tries to create a user Y but tries to set the "Limit Connectivity to Hosts Matching" to 'localhost'. When he hits Apply the message pops up saying 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'nextRow'.

How to repeat:

Mysql Workbench version is 5.2.25CE. MySQL server version is 5.1.36.
