Description:
Open a EER model, try to click the close tab option on MySQL Model, or select "close tab" in the file menu". Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

How to repeat:
Will create reproducible testcase. Easy to reproduce though.

Verified as described.

Test:

- Open Workbench
- Create New EER Model
- Add Diagram
- click onto Model tab
- Add Diagram
- click onto Model tab
- Add Diagram

You know should have the following tabs:
Home
Model
EER Diagram
EER Diagram1
EER Diagram2

- Click onto EER Diagram
- File -> Close Tab

- Create New EER Model 
- Add Diagram
- File > Close Tab

Tab does not close

An entry has been added to the 5.2.31 changelog:

Close tab functionality failed intermittently. This occurred when attempting to close the tab directly, or when using the File, Close tab menu item.
