Suggested fix:
Mirror should not do "fixes" of URLs. Either it should give 404 or the correct file for downloads.

Verified as described: user gets 5.0.90 package instead of 5.0.91

Mirror has been taken out of the mirror list and am sending the mirror owner a notice.
