Description:
Using MySQL ODBC 3.51 driver with ColdFusion 5.0 on Windows 2000 Advanced server against MySQL 4.0.18.  

Received:

[MySQL][ODBC 3.51 Driver]Can't create TCP/IP socket (10038)

...While executing any query.

How to repeat:
execute any query during peak loads.

Suggested fix:
Restarted ColdFusion application server.

Could you please can elaborate what you meant with "peak load".
How many connections there are at the same time ? What
is your my.ini configuration about max connections allowed ?
