Description:
It seems that the application running in the systray has no name, therefor I can't make Windows remember if I want to show/hide the icon.

At least in my system, I get "<no title>", as can be seen in the screenshot below:

How to repeat:
1. Right click start
2. Properties
3. Choose the Taskbar tab
4. Click customize
5. Find the icon representing MySQL System Tray Monitor
