Description:
when a diagram-tab has been closed while it was in background, the diagram refuses to open again

How to repeat:
- open WB
- add diagram
- switch to model-overview (don't close diagram-tab!)
- from overview directly click the close-X on the diagram-tab which is unfocused
- diagram is closed
- try to open diagram again -> won't work

this only hits OSX as on other platforms a direct-klick to the tab-close-buttons is not possible without switching to the corresponding tab.

workaround: closing/reopening diagrams when they are focused works

An entry has been added to the 5.2.30 changelog:

When an EER diagram that was in the background was closed, it was not possible to reopen it.
