Description:
General log grows very fast, and it may fill up the disk very fast as well. It is a nice idea to have a configurable cap for general log size. The option name could be --max-general-log-size or similar.

I second this motion. I just had my computer say it was out of Disk Space, simply because my general log was nearly 20 GB in size. This would be a great feature to be implemented.
