Description:
mysql-monitor-server script is not LSB compliant according to
http://refspecs.freestandards.org/LSB_4.0.0/LSB-Core-generic/LSB-Core-generic/iniscrptact....

For example, 3 should be returned:

box2:~ # /etc/init.d/mysql-monitor-server status
MySQL Enterprise MySQL is not running
MySQL Enterprise Tomcat is not running
box2:~ # echo $?
0

How to repeat:
install enterprise monitor+bundled server, check status as described
