Description:
MA Tray Monitor component has an average CPU load of 2~3% running on a 2.8GHz P4 HT machine- this seems to high. After 1 week running time, total CPU time was almost 12 hours, while apache and other components were all well below 30min (no load on the system)

How to repeat:
Let tray monitor run and watch task manager
